As a SBS registered business you then have the option to add further company details, product and company pictures, and will have access to several other features designed to enhance your visibility.

You can ask for a new password by visiting the password reset page. Please follow the steps and we will then send you an email containing a secure link allowing you to reset your password.

When logged in, go to "Edit Company Profile" section and change your password. Then click on the "Update Account" button at the bottom.

Your user ID is in fact your email address. In case you have changed your email address, try logging in with the email address you have used before on StoneBuy&Sell. Once you are logged in you can change your email address in the "Edit Company Profile" section.

Yes. You can choose not to display your phone number. In this case leave the box blank.

Please verify that the email has not landed in your junk folder. It can happen that email providers block our emails due to stringent anti-spam policies. You can "unspam" our email (in your junk box) which will automatically resend the Activation Email right to your mail box. Then click on the activation email link. Your account is now confirmed.

Yes you can, provided that the company name you add is different from the one you have listed already. In other words, you will need to create a new account for any additional businesses you want to add. This implies creating a different email address and providing a different content in the description so that search engines do not treat it as a duplicate.

StoneBuy&Sell focuses on offering quality company profiles submissions. Should we receive recurrent complaints from clients revealing abuses or should we notice persistent misuse, or derogatory content added to StoneBuy&Sell, we may terminate an account so as to keep the consistent level of quality our clients deserve. If you think your account has been mistakenly deleted please contact us and we will gladly reconsider your case.

You can choose to appear in all product categories existing on StoneBuy&Sell. However you are limited to selecting 5 main products from these. This helps increase search relevance and hence the reliability of information for users.

Completing your company profile is of paramount importance for your business. A well completed eSBS page will make you not only more visible but also more credible to your visitors. This is because for a page to feature well in search engines, it must contain some meaningful, original, and well written content. Please take a moment to write a unique content as well as a detailed summary of your activities and we guarantee that you will benefit greatly from your little extra effort.

Products: you can upload up to 20 photos per product.
Company pictures: up to 8 pictures.
However please bear in mind that the pictures should be your own, and not be borrowed or taken from websites without their permission.

Photos must be uploaded in: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF. Their size should not exceed 5MB.

Your logo must be uploaded in either: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF. Ideally, we recommend you use a logo that fits well on a white background.

Posting trade leads in your dashboard is both easy and free. Once you have posted a buying request or selling offer, companies can respond to the lead, sending you an email provided they have a registered account on StoneBuy&Sell. Your trade lead will remain active for three months maximum after you add or make a change to it. After this period, just log in and re-post the lead and it will be live again for another three months.

The most active accounts on StoneBuy&Sell also happen to be the most successful ones. More often than not, they are managed by companies which have learned how to make the most out of all the features we offer.

• Polish your content. Please be informative - try to reach a percentage close to 100% profile completeness. We advise you to apply a different description for each product.
• Visual branding: optimize your presence. You may upload several pictures for each added products. Clients/visitors love to see products under various angles.

StoneBuy&Sell allows you to add lots of additional information to your business page, and upgrade your membership and advertising space.
