Cada peça é, primeiro, inspecionada e tratada com uma resina da mesma cor que preenche as cavidades naturais e os poros da superfície, eliminando as pequenas irregularidades inerentes ao calcário bioclástico e que comprometem o acabamento polido em pedras menos bem preparadas.
