Natural pozzolan mineral additive from the Quynh Thang deposit in Nghe An province, Vietnam, ground and supplied by Song Da Truong Son JSC for cement, concrete and roller-compacted concrete (RCC). The company publishes test results against ASTM C618: combined SiO2, Al2O3 and Fe2O3 of 74.3 to 75.2%, SO3 of 0.05%, loss on ignition of 2.38%, residue on the 45 micron sieve of 16.75%, and a strength activity index of 80.7% at 7 days and 84.2% at 28 days. It was used in the roller-compacted concrete dam of the Ban Ve hydropower plant. Packed in 50 kg bags or supplied in bulk. Prices are quoted on request per grade, quantity and delivery port.
