Description
The name of Strip sandstone comes up because there is significant black/dark brown strips/spots all over the sandstone. The stone itself is the same Bobos sandstone -- just the quarry is quite more specific. Since it is natural, not all of this sandstone have strips/spots and the stone color is not always at plain gray or white -- sometimes tan, yellowish and even brownish though the quarries are at the same area.
